Balloon Forming Water Jacket Solutions

Interface Catheter Solutions offers a full line of Water Jackets to be used with our Balloon Forming Machines. Each Water Jacket accommodates a range of mold sizes. The water jackets are interchangeable and can be installed in minutes. This modular approach allows one to form balloons ranging in size from 1.5mm x 10mm long to 18mm x 247mm long to 40mm x 150mm long on the same machine by simply changing the mold and water jacket.

General Information

  • Water Jackets marked with “*” cannot be used on our Small Balloon Forming Machine, model 9506H.
  • Water Jackets marked with “**” can be used on 220 Volt Computerized Balloon Forming Machines with High Power Heating option.
  • Water Jackets marked with “***” can only be used on Computerized Balloon Forming Machine Models with the 220 Volt, High Power, Extended Ball Screw option.
  • Molds with heated end plugs cannot be used with Small Water Jacket Assemblies.
